Lehman has been manufacturing slip mixing and casting equipment since 1965.   Over the years we have made hundreds of different models, some of which are no longer in production.   If you have a Lehman machine, we either have the parts in stock or we can make them promptly.   However, we need your help to insure we provide the correct parts.   You will need to supply us with the serial number of the particular model for which you need parts.

Every mixing and casting machine that we make has a serial number tag attached to it somewhere.   It's not in the same spot on every machine, so you will have to look for it.   The tag is about 1.5" high and 4" long. It says LEHMAN MFG. COMPANY and has a number stamped below.   This is the number we need!   DO NOT take the numbers off of the motor. Identifying the motor does not tell us what type of pump or other parts your unit has.   If you cannot find the serial number, we will need to identify the model by description.

Therefore, before you call our service department, please have the serial number or be prepared to describe the machine itself.   You may contact us between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday.   We work a 4 day (10 hours each day) work week and there is no production on Friday (lucky us).  However, you my find someone in the office on Friday to take your call.   If we are here, we will help you.

We stock hundreds, if not thousands, of parts and we process all parts orders immediately.   We typically ship via UPS and we will need your EXACT address and the phone number.   For your convenience, we accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.   We can also ship COD.   However, the COD fee is now $7.50 (US), in addition to the actual delivery costs.

Returning Parts to Us

If you are returning parts to us for repair, you must ship them directly to our company.

• When using the US postal service you MUST use
  Lehman Mfg, PO. Box 85, Kentland, IN 47951.
  
• When you ship via UPS, or any delivery service, you MUST ship to
  Lehman Mfg., 304 N, Fairground Road, Kentland, IN 47951.
  
• You MUST include a note explaining what you need done. We need your name, phone and total address. Please give us the method of payment. If you want an estimate for the repairs, please tell us who and when to call and at what phone number.

If you have to call when our office is not open, please leave your name and phone number on our automated system.   Speak clearly and slowly. We will return your call as soon as possible.   You may want to tell us when it's best to return the call so we do not end up playing phone tag.
